Our Commitment

For several years, the entire team at Best Western Plus Metz Technopôle has been fully committed to social and environmental issues.

We strongly believe that our activities should have minimal impact on the planet. We consider it essential to collectively involve our employees and guests in this effort. The hotel's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) manager is trained in sustainable tourism, environmental preservation, and quality of work life.

In 2023, we obtained the Clef Verte (Green Key) certification, which recognizes our commitment. This label distinguishes tourist accommodations and restaurants that voluntarily and effectively engage in environmental initiatives. It is awarded by independent experts in tourism and the environment, demonstrating our dedication to sustainability.

Support and Training

  • We place utmost importance on the comfort and personal fulfillment of our team members by conducting regular check-ins with each of them. We strongly believe that their well-being and personal development are crucial for delivering high-quality service to our clients.
  • We promote inclusion and actively combat all forms of discrimination.
  • Regularly, we implement tailored training programs for each position, enabling our employees to acquire new skills and refine their abilities throughout their careers. For instance, in 2023 and 2024, the entire hotel management team is undergoing "co-development" training with our partner Hyfen. This initiative aims to raise awareness about management techniques and problem-solving methods, thereby strengthening bonds between departments and optimizing our organizational structure.
